PRACTICE SCHEDULE UPDATES: 

Regular Practice Mon 2/8- Thurs 2/11 for all groups.

Dryland Training:  Tues & Thurs:  6pm-ADV and 6:30pm - INT II.

NO PRACTICE Friday 2/12 and Sat 2/13 due to the West Chicago meet.  

SPRING-SUMMER SEASON 2010

Our Spring-Summer season will start on April 12, 2010 and continue through until early August.

Any swimmers interested in joining the team are invited to attend try-outs on Tues April 6 and Thurs April 8, from 5:00 - 6:30pm at Proviso West Pool.

SPRING STROKE CLINIC 

 Ultimate Swimming will be holding a Spring Stroke Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:00pm starting Tuesday April 6. Registration materials and more info will be available soon. Please contact us for more information.
